Hope so...at any rate, China wanted him released in exchange for three Americans who
are not charged with possessing child pornography being released from the PRC. Note that Mr. Jin would still be in prison were it not for the prisoner exchange...note also that Ned, much like his buddy, Baron, doesn't do much research before posting...nor does it appear do you.
