Judge Merchan might as well get this out of the way since January, 2029 is going to be very busy
with the Jan. 6th and Mar-a-Lago proceedings. The man is a Criminal, and this is what happens when don't respect the law.
DJT will now officially be known as a "Convicted Felon"...IMO, the first of many "ribbons" to follow.

I really can’t imagine Trump serving a full 4 year term. Either:
1.) He dies of natural causes;
2.) He is assassinated. Someone will think it is the equivalent of killing Hilter while they have the chance ; or
3.) Not needing to seek Trump's loyalty anymore since he won't be able to run again, his cabinet and Vance vote to invoke the 25th and removes him from office, And Vance agrees to keep the other cabinet members around.

Haven't read the whole thing; just skimmed a few parts, but my favorite sentence is this one...
"The reasons are obvious."
Rather than outline the reasons for wanting to avoid postponement of sentencing, Merchan just says they are obvious. Classic. Juan Merchan is obviously Learned Hand reincarnated.
Evil preaches tolerance until it is dominant, then it tries to silence good.-
