A few years back I uncovered an insurance fraud scheme involving a chiropractor and attorney but the
client did not want me to go to the DA nor Calbar. I only told the attorney and the trial judge in confidence that there was never going to be even a penny of go away money and as for the attorney, he should have a sit down talk with his multiple clients. Dismissal w/prejudice delivered to my office by messenger that afternoon. I used a hand writing expert to showe sign in sheets had been executed in one sitting and investigator found multiple plaintiffs living in same apartment complexand with multiple cases against commercial auto dealerships.
