I want there to be a path for all illegal immigrants who have no history of crime here or abroad to stay here. But it must require immediately registering and then working toward citizenship with a period of time of multiple years so as to assess their capability to not be threat to the country. They also need to be registered so that they can start paying taxes since they will be utilizing the public services and healthcare.
I am against deporting those who came here while Biden encouraged them to do so - most of the blame here is on Biden and the Democrats who wanted votes. The illegal immigrants knew that they were breaking our laws, but also they were given the signal by Biden that we would look the other way.

But this must come along with the mass deportation of all criminal illegal immigrants regardless of whether they have a family here or not (we can help their family members go back if they want and reapply for citizenship someday again if they decide).

This must also come with a wall and real enforcement of the border to end the mass illegal immigration immediately because the Dem Biden Border Chaos Policy is not viable for our country even if it selfishly helps Dems get votes.

There is not another country in the world that would be so generous.

A few facts that Baron hasn't taken the time to absorb, or even look for...

>The crime rate among Undocumented Immigrants is LOWER than that of U.S. citizens.

>Millions of Undocumented Immigrants are WORKING in Agriculture, Construction and Hospitality...along with several other industries...and they PAY TAXES already...with some to them going to help pay for U.S. Citizen benefits (Social Security and Medicare/Medicaid) that those immigrants DON'T GET...it is a NET BENEFIT to the U.S.

>The Biden administration FOLLOWED established U.S. Law in handling the influx of immigrants...with the resources it had. The ONLY WAY to fix the inadequacies of our Immigration/Border Security issues is through CONGRESSIONAL LEGISLATION...which is what Biden ACCOMPLISHED with the Bipartisan Senate Bill on Immigration.

>As noted here several times, with documentation, the GOP refused to enact spending provisions for Trump's WALL...during DJT's first term, only 69 GOP members of Congress supported his demand for a "Wall"...and that's not likely to change.

>The Senate Bipartisan Immigration Bill authorized 1,500 more CBP Border Officers, plus hundreds of ICE officers, and 100+ High Tech, High Volume Fentanyl Scanners at our critical Border Crossings, where the vast majority of those drugs are trafficked. Trump Killed that Bill, thus allowing MORE CROSSINGS and MORE FENTANYL trafficking...in a word..."Shameful".

It's a mystery how Baron could not know all these facts when anyone with access to the internet could get them...perhaps he didn't care to look...or he did see them, and maliciously hid them from OF members...only he knows.

I'm sure that Newt isn't the only Republican with a clear head...after all, the Senate was able to

work out a deal with Democrats. Additionally, there are hundreds, if not thousands, of Conservative-Owned businesses that will suffer if DJT carries through on his promise. This will be a real test of whether or not the real GOP has any sway with Trump. If he goes ahead with the equivalent of his first term "Zero Tolerance" policy, we might see the moderate Republicans bonding closer with Democrats. Time will tell.
