Ryan Caldwell, an employee at BCT Partners - a New Jersey consulting firm focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion - was recorded on video calling a Packers fan an 'ugly, dumb cunt'. That doesn't seem very inclusive to me.
He has been fired and barred from all future Eagles games.
You can't make this stuff up.

As he should have been. I think there is more to this story but in no way should he have acted
like this and I really wish some other fan would have told him to STFU. Whether I am going to get my ass beat or not, no one is going to talk like that to my wife without me taking a swing at them. Yes, Philly fans get a terrible rap. But I don't think The Linc is any worse than other stadiums. I have heard nightmare scenarios at other stadiums but it easy to go with "Philly is known for this".
A little confused as why even the surrounding home team fans were accepting of it.
I have no idea whether she'd spent the preceding 10 minutes before the video screaming obscenities at him, but it seems unlikely. Even so, there would have been ample time to bark something crude back to her and then move on with the game. Instead, this went on long enough for the husband to get out his phone, start recording, and then get several minutes of video.
Looked like a nasty individual to me. Vulgar insults and threats of violence that persisted. And he seemed to feel quite comfortable that he could threaten a younger adult male in public like that - not sure if he felt emboldened by being among surrounding home team fans.
I wish someone would have stepped up and said "shut up asshole". Like I said, something feels
like it's missing. In the world of clicks, GoFundme's and craving for views, I trust no one. The Eagles fan deserves everything that is happening to him though. But like I said to Nigel - Philly isn't alone with asshole fans. It's just a lazy thing to say "this is typical in Philly".
Edit to add an article from the NY Post. The guy was wearing a body cam and had a GoFundme to "send him into the belly of the beast". Again, asshole fan but was this going trolling for content?

you have heard? And truthfully, you sound like Chris and Frank when using "whatabout" and no one wants to sound like that so do better.
I'm glad this guy got fired and exposed. It needed to happen but I definitely would like to see more of the film that he had. The guy is from outside of Philly and knew what to expect. All I am saying is he shared what he wanted people to see. This asshole got fired and exposed and his life is probably ruined. Play stupid games and win stupid prizes.
They certainly don’t meet the high standards of Browns fans who booed their QB after he got injured.
