The damage is already done. But you should ask why Biden didn't enforce this law that he signed when
the ban became effective on his last day as president (today).
The TikTok ban had nothing to do with Trump in the first place. It was passed by last congress. Biden supported it, signed it and was supposed to execute it on 1/19/2025.
