I use the term doctor loosely since he was a phd researcher turned major bureaucrat. But he took the oath, and he did lie. And he did promote the creation of the COVID 19 epidemic along with nonsensical guidelines that he knew were ineffective. He made false claims about the vaccine to promote it's use, suppressed scientific debate and free speech, and gained massive financial gain and celebrity for doing it.
