SC Hur's exact words are.."...no criminal charges are WARRANTED...", as opposed to
"Charges are Warranted, but I don't believe a conviction is achievable."
I think Hur's finding that Biden wasn't competent to stand trial for his actions was up there.
And Hur was correct as we can all now see (and some of us DID see back then before Hur as well).
