This has just got to stop...Baron, you yourself have said you have a Special Needs child, and I know
of others who have kids with developmental challenges...our own extended family and friends do too. But in almost every case, those kids are employed...one of our relatives works for NASA. Even a high quality consulting firm, like Deloitte goes out of its way to find opportunities for all kinds of "DEI" employees, even those with Autism (see link).
I could go on, but the message needs to be "OPEN Doors...not CLOSE them"...to as many fellow citizens/human beings as you can. Use your own brains to find the best matches for those who are challenged...because They Do Exist.

One cannot morally advantage one group based on uncontrollable physical traits at the expense disadvantaging another group based on uncontrollable physical traits. Committing a second sin to "fix" a first sin means two sins, not zero. It also creates a generational resentment that carries the hatred forward to new generations.
