Our country's founding was a reaction against a tyrannical monarch AND on the dangers of dominance by a faction.
I am as opposed to the tyranny of the administrative state as anyone... but the last thing I want is to replace it with a populist dictatorship.
On the other hand, I've always remained confidant that our system and society would not allow this to happen.
I also believe that SCOTUS shall ultimately uphold the Constitution... as they did during the FDR regime.
Someone should tell Elon to brush up on the fundamental principles of our governmental system.
