I would have thought that D’s would have initial success with every judge they initially chose since they are choosing the judge based on that person being sympathetic to their cause. Appeals of all eventually leading to one case that the SCOTUS takes to answer them all.

People who entered this country illegally, have broken the law. You supported encouraging them to break that law because it was to your political advantage. You did not call out Biden for refusing to uphold his oath of office in enforcing that law.
You oppose the ultimate enforcement option for people braking that law - deportation. You support trying to get every one of these immigrants to file falsely as asylum candidates so as to bypass that law.
You support sanctuary cities in their obstruction of the enforcement of this law, by ICE, and also you support sanctuary cities failing to enforce these laws.
You were clear on this for years.
I will concede that I was surprised that you had said anything at all against SL forgiveness - primarily because it was so well hidden that I hadn't even seen it. But you take a MUCH more aggressive and prominent approach when it is Trump than you did when it was Biden. Even here, your actions are that of a hypocrite.

In the words of GOP leader, Sen. Lankford, it was the best solution in decades, providing for 1,500 CBP Officers, hundreds of ICE Officers, faster processing of immigrants, more deportations...along with over 100 High Tech Fentanyl Scanners for rapid checking of vehicles.
