Do you have any evidence at all to substantiate that claim?...the answer is NO...and given that DJT
is trying to get rid of all Fact Checkers and Inspectors General...and has lied about virtually everything his whole adult life...you really should (but won't) assume such 'reports' are lies as well.

This is one of the dumbest "fact"checks ever
For example, the money for condoms in Gaza. The "fact" checkers just took USAID's word for it as not true. Pretty much like asking a criminal to admit committing the crime.
