There is simply too much ingrained corruption for the present staff to continue.
The money was given as follows: 122M directly to Hamas' NGO Bayader whose memebrs vocally proHamas, anti American, and anti Israel and also Bayader is designated as a terrorist organization by the US Govt (under Biden even).
42 M to other organizations which in turn funded the Hama NGO.

Did you actually read the entire piece?...none of those callouts involved wasteful spending by USAID
...and if you think DEI spending was wasteful, then you are at odds with your Alma Mater, as well as exposing yourself to be someone who responds to the GOP Dogwhistle Default Setting of "Competence = The White Guy"...so well put by Jon Stewart.
