Yes. Biden sent out bid last yr for electric military vehicles, Tesla was only bid. Trump came in &
said, "electric crap ain't happening for our soldiers. We equip them with our best, not to be in line with global warming bullshit".

No contract has yet been awarded...FOX is wrong...also, Baron's assumption that the EVs are intended
to protect soldiers only, makes no sense, since it's the State Department...not Defense Department...soliciting bids. But then, such "extrapolations" are SOP for Baron.
Also, Rachel Maddow isn't the only one with concerns about Musk's potential "Conflict of Interest", given his already large amount of receipts for taxpayer money...and hands oh so close to another $400M...and DJT always on the lookout for another "Cut of the Action"...being the Fraud and Grifter that he has demonstrated...and been Convicted of.

FOX is wrong in saying the State Department Contract was given to Tesla by Biden...it wasn't...

In a statement to PolitiFact, the State Department confirmed Tesla isn’t in store for that money. The department said the Biden administration had pursued the possible purchase. Biden had signed an executive order in 2021 encouraging government agencies to buy electric vehicles when possible.
The department also said that specifying "Tesla" in the spreadsheet was an error. The statement said that only one company had responded to the offering, and that was Tesla, but that the spreadsheet should have cited a generic electric vehicle manufacturer rather than Tesla specifically, since it was open to any company. It described the bid solicitation as being on hold, with "no current plans to issue it."

I'm guessing Rachel noted the extremely close relationship of Tesla's owner and the Grifter-in-Chief, Donald Trump...then expressed the obvious concern...which may have put a "speed bump" in Elon's plans.

Since it was only after "Dropsite" flagged the Trump State Dept. budget reference that the "Tesla"
reference was edited out, it is reasonable to assume...by Rachel's staff...that a "Conflict of Interest" was brewing. The exact timing of all actions taking place is uncertain, but without "Deepsite's" publication, that budget request for $400M to Elon could very well have proceeded to a signed check from the Treasury Department...that he is now deeply entrenched in...especially the Payments Dept.
See where we're going here?...is it beyond the realm of possibilities that Trump would shove a few hundred million back to the guy who gave him over $250M to get elected???
Now imagine in your mind if the names were changed to Biden and Soros...what would you say then?
