I opposed the Biden pardons, and posted my opinion that I wanted a politicized Trump Administration to prosecute his enemies.
But, a President’s exercise of his constitutional pardon power is different than the DOJ dismissing a criminal case in exchange for political cooperation of a sitting mayor of New York City.
So you would be good with it if he got a blanket pardon instead?

The reason Trump has not issued a Pardon for Adams, and the reason Biondi’s DOJ seeks to dismiss the case “without prejudice” is to use the criminal case as leverage to force Adams to comply with Trump’s deportation agenda.
