Within the payment were details on getting training on how to manage a budget (Abrams org had received just $100 the year before, and 2 Billion this year from the Biden Adm.
Payoff for the lawfare from Climate money….suuure they care about Climate Change. Suuure they think climate efforts make a difference. (Abrams org does not work on the climate).
