The article says nothing about a pardon. That’s what I was talking about.
The Brookings article addresses the Pardon Issue...in short, this country was created
for the purpose of eliminating a Tyrant...so, do yourself a favor and don't bet any money on him skating free once he leaves office.
I personally don’t care. Just checking to see if pardons are only ok for one president but not
another.
