Inner Harbor is in the heart of Baltimore. Kensington Ave has nothing like that going for it. It’s
potential is like the vacant lots in outer Detroit. Sad, some of my peeps came from there generations before. Better analogy would be the Camden waterfront which is horrible but it at least has the Battleship, the River, and an Aquarium.
