1) Ukraine send a different negotiator for the talks in Istanbul if they still want peace.
2) Ukraine get the Euros to take over (and liberals everywhere can start a monthly withdrawal from their checking accounts for Ukraine unless they are really just hypocrites)
3) Stop all funding to Ukraine and attempt to recover the last bolus of cash that Biden dropped on Zelensky just before he left office because we are out.

if Putin is still Russian President. So, Zelensky is the only one who can negotiate now. So, it is impossible to have another one to replace Zelensky for negotiation.

Election is the only way to go to replace Zelensky. His chance to get reelected is poor. Ukraine constitution doesn't say you can't have president election during war. Zelensky cancellation of presidential election has legal issue. Ukraine should hold presidential election as soon as possible.

that should be up to the people of each country to elect its' leaders. He failed to mention that he has cancelled all elections during the war, and thus the Ukrainian people are not able to elect their leaders anymore.
This is a constitutional right in Ukraine to suspend elections, but if he's at war, he remains in power, and he very clearly will not step aside.
Further, he wouldn't apologize for bringing the negotiating disagreement into the press gathering for what was supposed to simply be the mineral deal signing while he later admitted that he intentionally brought it up (in front of the media which he shouldn't have) because he" wanted to hear
from president Trump on this issue (such bullshit since he would have heard directly from him in private.....he admitted unintentionally, that he meant for this to be in front of the media. And he would not apologize.

Zelensky also continued to falsely call us "partners" with Ukraine. A partner brings something to the table of significance. Zelenskyy takes our money unendingly - and expect to be treated as an equal in return. The US gets nothing from them. Zelensky feels entitled to the money which is false. I'd still be ok with aid if the war could be won, but it can't, so it's just brazen entitlement (no wonder the Left loves him so much).
Z double talked and rambled with rhetoric while sidestepping yes or no questions that if answered properly, could have resolved the problem. He also made it clear at one point that he will never agree to peace with Putin and that their hatred didn't really allow a visible path to peace.

I'm for withdrawing all support. Zelensky also called the US "just one partner" along with Europe and that they have a contingency plan with Europe if we pull back. Good. I hope that works for the Ukrainian people.

But Zelensky has his own ego and probably self interests ahead of his countrymen, and he won't ley them choose anyone else.

So sad, but I support trump ending our involvement in the mess that Biden left. There is no hope of success unless Zelensky steps aside & he'd rather continue the war than do so.
