Trump...he fully. understands that Putin/Trump can't be trusted..at all...therefore he's not going to take a one-sided "Deal" that leaves him and his country with no verifiable assurance of future security. After three years, and no win yet by Putin, he knows he has leverage with the fiscally stronger EU and NATO, against an adversary who needs to recruit soldiers from North Korea, as his wartime economy stagnates...and everyone in Russia knowing it's his fault...ergo, Putin's pressure evidenced in Trump's voice.
Also, anyone who watches the video of yesterday's meeting can see for themselves that any High School Student Body President has more Diplomacy skills than DJT and J.D. combined...only Zelensky was able to keep his cool while trying to get a word in edge-wise. On top of that, he's held his country together for three years under more stress than Trump has ever experienced in his entire life, so when it comes to Strength, Guts and Commitment, Trump doesn't belong on the same stage with a true Leader and President like Volodymyr Zelensky.
