On Ukraine's military failure in battlefield, Biden admin told him that the problem is manpower. He needs to lower recruiting age. He complained it is the problem of not enough military equipments and US didn't give them enough.
Biden and the EU have provided enough to keep a "Super Power" at bay...to the point where Putin
has had to rely on convicts released from prison...and now North Korean troops who had no idea they were going to be cannon fodder for Russia. On top of this, Russia is facing increasing economic stress as the nation is totally operating on a War basis and facing imminent stagnation.
