On the vaccine front: Unvaccinated people are getting measles. Does this just mean that natural selection is taking place?
On the other hand, I would imagine that a just a few of those several million people crossing our border from third world nations are unvaccinated, and I guess we can't blame them (or RFK or the anti-vax movement) for their own unvaxxed state.

Too many Kids are not getting vaccinated and therefore increasing the risk of an epidemic of perhaps the most transmissible harmful disease we've experienced (roughly 9 out of 10 people exposed to Rubella will become infected). We had "Herd Immunity" through vaccinations...there is no need to let the virus run free...that's pure stupidity given our decades of experience with the vaccine.
It's an open question as to how dumb you'll eventually get...
