Question for the Dems: How do you reverse the current utter implosion of the party?

A. Just hang in there and allow Trump to make some fatal mistakes?

B. Forget the "progressive" (sic) agenda and move to moderated/centrist positions?

C. Pray for the miraculous emergence of another Obama-like cult figure?

D. Double down on support for the whole "woke" Weltanschauung?

E. Other?

Celebrating gross incompetence while calling others delusional is peak stupidity. Of course you’d have to be an imbecile to think Trump is a qualified candidate so that tracks.

Not that the left is interested in my opinion, but I'd say clean up and streamline their platform.

They're trying to maximize their voting power by attempting to rope in way too many ideologies, many of whom severely conflict with mainstream America. In their efforts to have the biggest umbrella possible, they've cozied up to the communists, anarchists, radical religious oppressors, and criminals. And in an effort to make sure they get full cooperation from the L.G.B. community, they decided that everyone should join the delusions of the "T" community and expected that their entire voting base would be on board with men in women's sports and locker rooms.

Get rid of this nonsense. Classic liberal values: Freedom of Speech, maximum freedom, reasonable framework around abortion, pushing E.E.O.C. over D.E.I., avoiding wars rather than chasing them. Have a plan in place to pay for what we want to do BEFORE demanding that it's in the spend budget, and sharing bipartisan focus on eliminating waste and a balanced budget. Step up ahead of the Republicans and demand single-line bills and term limits.

Things like this were why I've voted Democrat before.

There is always turmoil after a lost election. We are not yet 2 months into Trump 2.0.

Given that Trump's Popular Vote margin was 1.5%...and GOP lawmakers now having to

stop holding Town Hall Meetings in their districts due to mindless, chaotic DOGE firings...Dem voters who went for Trump seriously regretting their votes when they see what he's actually done to their interests...IMO, if another election were held this year, the GOP would lose the Presidency and perhaps both Houses, since their margins are slim as well...furthermore, if the GOP remains controlled by MAGAs, they won't get back in for a long time.

Every day, Trump is writing the script for the GOP's demise.

Back to you...

The Dems problems are not because of Trump... they are the reason for Trump.

in their concern for our Democracy which is unquestionably threatened by both...the only question is how to go about dealing with them most effectively...i.e. Tactics...Schumer's way, or AOC's way. Personally, I see a mix of both going forward...but the end goal is the same...restore American Democracy and respect for the Rule of Law...which is what Biden was doing with his bipartisan legislation...(including Border Security and Immigration that got support from leading GOP lawmakers, like James Lankford)...

Now, don't ignore the GOP problems I mentioned in the previous post...what say you to those very real situations...being told by their House Speaker to stop holding Town Halls??

The issue is that the party stands for nothing and just chases donations

It used to be the arty that supported working class Americans, but Clinton buried that party
