What Senior does not move the ball when playing casual golf? The great Jack Nicklaus is always
preaching about moving up on the tee for seniors and making the game enjoyable, How old are you? You'll find out. In captain and crew tourneys I win the long drive a fair amount of times because I get the senior tees. I would like to be able to shoot in the mid seventies like early on from the regular tees but that is no longer possible. Most senior golfers never work on anything but the driver even the few times they go to the range.

The DC Court is NOT saying that the United States cannot deport violent thugs. Rather, the Court is saying that (1) it must be done pursuant to lawful authority, and (2) that the alleged "violent thugs" have some measure of due process.
Fingerpointing and angry bluster towards a group of immigrants is not due process, nor does it appear that Trump had the factual basis/authority to invoke the Alien Enemies Act.
We have courts to sort out these issues. Trump is not the Court. Winning the 2024 election does not make Trump the Judiciary.
