1. The main issue in the current conflict between the two parties is the status of 4 Ukrainian regions that Russia has controlled. Will the world recognize that these territories belong to Russia? And if Zelensky agrees to this, can he survive politically?
2. Zelensky and his aide Yermak have essentially agreed that Ukraine will not become a member of NATO.
3. Zelensky should know that he will be defeated in a conflict with the nuclear power and now is the best time for him to make a deal.
4. The United States cannot fund Ukraine forever because it would bring the possibility of a nuclear conflict closer, and even the mere use of tactical nuclear weapons would hit global stock markets.

On the other hand they say Russia will conquer the Europe). Witkoff thinks this idea is absurd and the Russians 100% do not want this to happen.
6. Putin "is a very smart man" who served in the KGB before. The best and brightest minds in the old days of the Soviet Union served there.
7. “Who wouldn’t want to live in a world where Russia and the United States work together to do good things?” They could integrate energy policy in the Arctic, share sea routes, jointly transport liquefied natural gas to Europe, and collaborate on the development of artificial intelligence.
8. Putin told Witkoff that he did not want to kill Ukrainians surrounded in the Kusk region. He would be happy if they surrendered. In this case, their lives are guaranteed.
9. "I don't think Putin is a bad person. It's a difficult situation in this war. You know, it's like a marriage. I mean, you can blame the other person all you want, but you're still in it."
10. Witkoff said that Putin sent a portrait of Trump, painted by a famous Russian artist, to the White House through him.
11. According to Witkoff, after Trump suffered an assassination attempt last summer, Putin went to church to pray for Trump’s health.
