Are you capable of having a normal dialogue about this without resorting to personal insults? If so
my question relates to what I could read in the article, because I do not have a subscription, is that the Pentagon receives federal funds for cancer research. It did not specify for service personnel. If that is what it is for then that makes sense, but I would also think that other departments would be more suited for cancer research.
