Will voter ID trump gerrymandering in Wisconsin AND will this become a national trend?
The left has always said that voter fraud is a myth. If so... this should not matter.

Wisconsin already required voter ID
Wisconsin already had a law, in place since 2016, requiring voters to show photo identification at the polls or to vote absentee. The now-adopted amendment to the state's constitution did not address whether to get rid of or keep that law. Enshrining the voter ID law in the state constitution will make it harder for a court to strike down the law or for lawmakers to repeal it in the future.
Voter ID was already required in WI. Why is this such a big deal?

Voter ID will increase the integrity of the process, and we can only hope it is a trend.
Gerrymandering is the equivalent of putting your thumb on the scale, while calculated voter fraud can completely swing an election - plus one, if done appropriately, is legal while the other isn't.
