...and many currently working face layoffs. Trump needs some quick wins, or the GOP is toast in 2026...the 95% of non-elite Americans won't forget.

If that's your focus, you should look up the term "debt spiral"

The DOW is down 2000 today alone. Think of how much less revenue that implies.

And own your vote.

If we can increase manufacturing and reset trade and tariff imbalances, this will be worth it.

And I didn't vote for Trump, buffoon.

This was not the only other option. Google "Gore Commission," that balanced the budget....

Fine, but no one ran on the Gore commission. It was status quo or Trump

1) We are forced to become a socialist economy, led by President AOC.

OR

2) We return to multi level 1970s tax brackets to fund the recovery.

In either case, Americans will take to the streets once the MAGA working class voters figure out they were widgets all along, who let "culture" issues suck them in to voting for a buffoon.

It would be great television to see AOC argue for socialism because the DOW dropped.

long history of abuses by Capitalists. It's definitely the best economic system, but due to the existence of Greed, there will always be a need for 'Adult Supervision'...hence the Anti-Trust Division...THAT's what AOC is alluding to...and on a more macro level, she's alluding to the ever widening Wealth Gap in this country that has resulted in the Top 1% of Americans holding 30.8% of Net Worth, while the Top 0.1% holds 13.8%. Note also that the CEO to Avg Worker compensation ratio has risen from 21/1 to 344/1 since 1965.

AOC is on your side...wise up.

Unless of course it is all reversed soon. You know, before consumer confidence plummets and the depression arrives.
