Whoβs your favorite ball player who isnβt a US citizen.
Per your America, an Administration can label said athlete a gang member or associate, take him into custody, and send him to an El Salvador hell hole.
Due process protects everyone.
Thus is not a game, moron.
Americans can either roll over and play dead, or start standing up for who we are.
It is quite obvious what camp you are in, slug.
is a political POS. Why emulate him, or at least let Ty do it, he deals in this waste daily
admitted that Garcia was deported in error...yet they refuse to correct their mistake. How would you like to be the victim of a mistaken identity by another administration and summarily whisked away to a foreign prison without Due Process and that administration refusing to return you home?...could happen in a dystopian America.
what happened to that piece of filth. You are a sad individual

Trying to free a gang banger. Every President uses Air Force 1 and 2. Hell, Biden fly his crack head son to foreign countries to sell the Biden name.
I get what youβre saying but this just isnβt the same.

And weβre paying for it. Biden went to Delaware quite a bit. I wonder which trip costs the tax payers more.

And Iβm not defending the senator. Heβs just grandstanding. Not my cup of tea.

was/is a resident of Sen. Van Hollen's state, so it's appropriate for the Senator to do all he can to right this outrageous wrong. Not sure what WCIF thinks is funny about all this...definitely don't want to know his thought process.
If they bring him back, they will just deport him again under another statute...probably back to the same prison in El Salvador.
and still needs to take a few groceries home for his family. Yet he takes the time to serve others who are in greater need. I'd rather have him in this country than what some posters here portray themselves as.
Latin Americans are great. To generalize: Hard workers; Christian; possessing conservative values. It would be great if we could streamline the immigration laws to allow more of them in legally. Most of them wouldn't put up with your anti-science transgender-based attacks on women. I see them at Mass...many are very devout.
Nice deflection. Now, back to our discussion about Democrats who want more gang members in our country....
your preconceived beliefs. Case in point...you say..."It would be great if we could streamline the immigration laws to allow more of them in legally."...Well, that's exactly what the Biden/GOP bipartisan Senate Border Security and Immigration Bill, back in February, 2024 did...and I've posted the Lead GOP Senator, James Lankford (OK)'s Senate Floor speech in favor of it, as well as his documented Summary, extolling the very thing you wish for...Expedited Processing of Undocumented Immigrants...from 6 years, to 6 months, or less...plus virtually every item on the GOP Wish List for Security and Immigration Policy...more than once....Plus...if you had any desire at all to do Critical Thinking on your own...all that information was readily available within seconds from your browser.
As for my friend and coworker, I have no idea about his citizenship status, but suspect, based on one of his jobs, that he is naturalized. Also, I have no idea if he's Conservative or not, but he does join in our pre-shift prayers and treats everyone he encounters with a great deal of respect and empathy...qualities lacking in our current administration. Make of that what you will.
Another indictment of your investigative shortcomings is the issue of Due Process...How do you know...Without Due Process...whether Mr. Garcia is a criminal...and even if he were, ALL criminals are entitled to "Due Process"...seems like that would be 1st year Law School stuff, if not on the LSAT.
Now, to your invective...you don't hesitate for an instant in making unsubstantiated, ill-informed, and twisted accusations of others. a) As I've linked many times, Medical/Psychiatric Science has documented studies showing strong evidence of Imbalances, and mis-timings in fetal development of sex related organs and chemicals/gene expressions which would explain the Gender 'Dysphoria'. From a Science POV, those studies are peer reviewed, and subjected to scrutiny...i.e. Science is on their side. Unfortunately, opponents of GD treatments pay no attention to such Scientific findings...therefore, people such as yourself, are the ones who are 'Anti-Science'.
As for "Attacks on Women"...I have no idea what you're trying to get at...try again to be more specific. I will say however, when it comes to the idea of attacks on women...that is exactly the problem that extreme Pro-Life advocates have...i.e. Women's issue/concerns are NOWHERE to be seen or heard from them. For example...at any point in time, there are approximately 6 million women in America who have experienced a pregnancy due to Force or Coercion in their reproductive lifetimes...yet, those extremists...you included...refuse to even acknowledge that fact...much less discuss it's implications for women and their right to make their own reproductive choices. Now THAT'S what you call a genuine Attack On Women.
Note also, that I've provided documented evidence that Theologically, Medically and Legally, Fetal Personhood is not recognized to occur at Conception. The RCC Magisterium has never taught it, and Pope Francis hasn't claimed it either...from Medical Science we've learned that only about 30-40% of conceptions naturally result in births...and legally, given the Medical evidence, it is impossible to fairly judge when Personhood has been achieved, other than a live birth...or agreed upon time of gestation (as in Roe v Wade).
fyi...I'm always available for a fact based serious discussion of how to proceed with a resolution of the Abortion issue...so long as it centers on the rights of the one unquestioned Person in that discussion...The Woman.

Is that stuff Fungible?
No one challenges the fact that he is here illegally, and there are several legal provisions for deporting him.
Either way, the message will have been sent to others: Come here illegally, and it will probably suck for you.
You normally like big government. Now, when not in power, you want restrictions on government. Welcome to the freedom party, even though you arrived late, and you will leave early when you are back on power. I love freedom, but law-abiding American citizens come first, and criminals come last.
