Ok I'm in tech as well and my job can be also 100% remote. What's the issue?

Times and jobs functions have changed.

1. They used to work in an office until CoVid
2. They are now asked to return to the office on a 50% basis, which is much more generous than private sector
3. They are squealing like stuck pigs over it.
