Liberalism Rule #1 - accuse others of that which you are/do.

i) Whenever convenient, change the definition to suit our goal.

Liberalism Rule #9 - Equity through inequity (any difference must be equalized by pulling down the
unaffected party. Vengeance is preferable).
Liberalism Rule #10 - We support our representative speaking regardless of the truth (in contrast to
conservatives who support the truth regardless of the representative speaking it).
Liberalism Rule #11 - We vote on personality over policy.
Liberalism Rule #12 - Genetics are selective. We believe that sexuality and guilt are genetic, but gender is not. Scientific proof is not required.
Liberalism Rule #13 - Do SOMETHING! When a crisis happens, do SOMETHING! It doesn't have to have to work, but it must: a) make us feel better which is more important than actually solving the crisis, and b) advance the liberal agenda.
Liberalism Rule #14 - "You’ll have to show us a lot more than rock solid, irrefutable evidence”.
Liberalism Rule #15 - There are no universal truths. The truth changes to fit our needs.
Liberalism Rule #16 - The Expert Threshold. If a false narrative has enough “experts” backing it, it becomes truth regardless of evidence to the contrary. “Experts” are defined as those who support the narrative, and they can be conjured if necessary (because of Liberalism Rule #3).
Liberalism Rule #17 - Charity ends at home. It is accomplished through the government with other people’s money.
Liberalism Rule #18 - When failure or bad behavior is completely undeniable, distance yourself from complicity to salve your guilty conscience.
Liberalism Rule #19 - Guns don’t kill people, liberals with guns kill people. Violence comes from the Left.
Liberalism Rule #20 - Only guilty life is precious. Innocence makes us uncomfortable and thus must be eliminated.
Liberalism Rule #21 - "I'm a moderate". We are not liberal, we are "moderates" politically - despite supporting every liberal tenant. This is because we consider ourselves to be the fairest and also because we care too deeply about what others think of us to just admit what we really are.

There is no point wasting time trying to reason with irrational people. There is no point, even when disagreeing, to attempt having an intelligent "give and take discussion" with the unintelligent and disingenuous.
If Trump did it, they thinks it's bad. If their guy does the same thing, they think it's good.

The good news to remember is that they lost and they are in the radical 20% that doesn't even think for themselves anymore. Also, because they are SO predictable, redundant, and hateful, nobody even reads their posts anymore.
They spend loads of time crafting a diatribe that nobody but themselves reads. That is why I call it "TDS Vent Therapy", and I have no desire to be part of their pathology.

Sadly this board mirrors much of the real world where there are some real whacked out TDS victims. This place is insufferable with the same 5-6 anti-Trump whackos spewing the same bullshit day in and day out. Feel sorry for them as clearly several need medication.

I engage with Tyrone and others for sport. It's fun, and occasionally I learn something from them and hope the inverse is also true.

Is a wise man with his thoughts. I’ll have to put the usual suspects back on ignore to clean up what I see. It also keeps me out of the cross hairs.

TDS cases would lose a lot of interest.

And frankly, I consider those that do, gutless. No offense intended.

Most use it so that the board is readable. My Ignore List has the following from the last few years: Death, Frank, Quest4twelve, ND521, Nocalirish, FinnMcCool, ND1IRISH. These are low-I.Q., N.P.C. buffoons who end up driving massive "I-know-you-are-but-what-am-I" threads of worthless whining and having-the-last-word addictions. You lose visibility of threads and posts worth engaging with - even in an ugly way - if the garbage from these trolls is spread across your Open Forum pages.

I don't personally have Tryrone blocked, but in Baron's case, the guy made direct threats about trying to dox him. I don't blame him for sending him off to the phantom zone.

First off, Baron's Ignore Excuse is totally made up...there is no post where I make that threat...it never happened. What did happen is my posting a 'friendly warning' to him that if he continued to spread falsehoods during the COVID-19 pandemic about masking, etc...he would be in danger of "someone" complaining to the Michigan Medical Board about it...as happened elsewhere in the U.S....e.g. an Oregon Doc had his license revoked in part for such statements and behavior (not wearing a mask when seeing patients). In essence, I'm advising him to not to put himself at risk.

Since I'm not a Michigan resident and have never seen him, heard him speak in public or interacted with him, I have zero standing in such a matter...also, if he truly believes what he says here, he should welcome such an investigation, given his medical judgement.

And finally, I have never taken any action whatsoever against him...and never will. That also goes for my family Physicians, who don't even want to hear about him after the one and only time I described a post of his to them...they've seen his type before.

Given that I've shared some details of those ID and Pulmonary/Critical Care Docs' qualifications, he's well aware of how good they are, especially when it comes to anything related to COVID-`19...i.e. Much More than he is...and IMO...THAT is why he doesn't want to dialogue with me...his #1 Trump Card (pardon the expression) is his MD Degree, and since I have outstanding sources readily available to address any true medical question...that's the "Threat" he's most concerned about...but only he really knows why.

Bottom Line...I never threatened him...and I challenge anyone to find a post that supports Baron's falsehood...and speaking of falsehoods...remember the thread where I laid out how he falsely accused me of lying...about the NEJM Study?...I've got it, if you're interested in seeing it again.

Let's see if Facts and Evidence win the day...if not, it's a piece of cake to "Cut & Paste" them each time it comes up, and shift the spotlight on who's being honest...and who isn't...
