Moonbats have brought race to the forefront, so follow their lead and place great importance on skin color when selecting physicians the other times, lest you end up with someone diagnosing or slicing you open who can't identify a single artery and has a 10-point IQ deficit to the average Asian 9 year-old.
Oh, and remember that refusal to follow federal laws and rules is totally a constitutional crisis sometimes, but totally not in others, as with immigration laws and anything LGBTQ or race-related.
