Generalizations aside as your post reeks of whataboutism the crux of your
complaint as I see it is the arrest of judge Dugan who merely decided an FBI action to arrest an immigrant (who actually showed up to his court date) wasn’t going to happen in her courtroom. States rights vs Federal rights in a State courtroom? Does she have the right to control her courtroom? If she had found the man charged with domestic violence as guilty would that arrest for that crime be void because the FBI - Patel - Bondi wanted to make a quick showy political statement or does he serve his time and then is arrested by ICE on completion of his sentence?
The message being sent by this tells me no other immigrants charged with a crime will ever show up to court and subsequently will be in the wind.
As for the rest of your screed, you really have no sense of proportion or facts.
