That’s why the 2024 election was so disheartening - it exposed the strength of the side of this country that I didn’t want to admit existed,

Trump destroyed my faith in the basic goodness of this country. And that’s what sucks most about him.

If you believe it is equal on both sides you would be mistaken. Reciprocal tariffs is what is happening, why would anyone be against that? Let me answer for you, TDS whackos.

And Trump campaigned on Tariffs, so it’s no surprise he’s trying to use them for leverage. Unfortunately, his policies are adversely affecting the markets, small businesses, and most importantly the American consumers. It’s failing and you know it.

As I’ve mentioned, Reagan was highly selective when it came to tariffs. Eli succinctly pointed out a trade issue with Japan. Reagan’s approach was well thought out, effective, and ultimately good for America. Big difference between the two.

The auto industry was not in Mexico or Canada to the same extent, China, Vietnam, and others in Asia were not trading partners and were not allies. The whole video is not relevant to today. The key word is reciprocal. Deals will be made that will benefit the US, why would you be against that? TDS would be my guess..

RINO and liberals like rhetoric. They tend to be idealists and idealigues. Conservatives embrace the deeds not words and accept reality as it is. They tend to be realists and closer to truth.

However, Reagan’s trade policy was strategic and well thought out and they didn’t start a trade war. He was highly selective when it came to tariffs.

Trump’s piss poor planning is backfiring on him. He’ll end up backing down as he did re. China.

I, too, voted Republicans for President, until I learned more about the GOP's Southern Strategy and preference for Laissez-Faire economics...that being said, both parties were able to work together of critical issues of Immigration and trade before the Trump MAGAs showed up...now we need to join together to 'Right the Ship'.

Enjoy this vision of how America can indeed be "Great Again"...
