I love to Q and smoke ribs (beef and pork), shoulders/boston butts, picnics, chicken, brisket, pork belly…
I’ve done some competition Q years ago, but now I mostly Q for family and friends. It’s a fun, expensive hobby.
Lang stick burner, now just a Rectec pellet grill.
Lang has some solid smokers. Rectecs are great quality as well.
I have 2-XL big green eggs, 1 Yoder pellet smoker, a Weber Kettle, Weber griddle, and an Alfresco natural gas grill. So damn fun to Q and smoke.
