Looks as though you have your own perception problem...by now you should know that Psychiatrists,
and Psychologists from the Mayo Clinic, UCLA, Boston Children's Hospital, Mt. Sinai Hospital and scores of other top Medical/Psychology institutions have thousands of well trained people treating those with many mental dysfunctions, disorders and illnesses. Treatment Plans have been carefully developed and constantly scrutinized by peer groups as is typical in that environment. Gender Dysphoria is just one of them...btw, Malignant Narcissism is also in their "DSM-5" manual, under the heading of Personality Disorders.
Trump...and his uneducated sycophants...are the ones trying hard to deny GD patients treatments that have been shown to be successful...while not offering anything better. The message that's being sent is to simply ignore those suffering from this disorder...and not accept actual demonstrated improvements from current treatment plans.
This is not leadership...it's pandering to an uniformed and hateful group of people...just like back in the 30's and 40's when Homosexuals were branded as criminals, resulting in the suicide of a great man...Alan Turing. This has to stop.
