The challenge is to ensure that those equities are put in truly BLIND Trusts that are impartially audited and open to scrutiny, as a condition of running for office, which is what the bipartisan House Bill I linked, is all about...and not having other family members (e.g. Eric and Donald Trump Jr.) as the Trust managers.
