The legal defense is that the Racketeering charge is prosecutorial overreaching, whereby the Government is trying to bootstrap a rich guy who treats women as pleasure objects into a “criminal enterprise” because his staff lines up his fuckmates???? Negro, please!
It is not unlike the Georgia prosecutor indicting Trump et al for Racketeering re 2020 Election interference. Overreaching.
The factual defense is that Diddy might be guilty of misdemeanor violence at best, but that’s it. The women knew what they were signing up for — a fuck session with a wealthy super celebrity, hoping their skill set would be rewarded through a real relationship and/or a jet set lifestyle. They swung and missed, and now hope to profit via the victim card.
