Stage 4 with metastasis to the bone. Guess it's hormone-sensitive (?), so treatment options are better. But survival rate is about 33%. Not sure if advanced age impacts this.

The average lifespan after metastatic bone cancer has been diagnosed, is about 9 months, and that's assuming that you have a fairly healthy person (aside from the cancer).
Joe is anything but healthy. There's more than a fair chance that he won't make it to summertime.
They'll probably start with androgen deprivation therapy, and do whatever they can to make him as comfortable as possible, but there is no cure.
I highly doubt they'll try the more promising experimental treatments, since those are supposed to be used in combination with radiation therapy, since drugs such as RK-33 sensitize cancerous cells and make them more easily killed by radiation.
Any dose of radiation therapy would probably kill him off quickly. If he didn't expire right afterwards, whatever tiny remnants of his immune system would be gone, and he'd die from a common cold or whatever is out there.
And his doctors are suggesting hormone treatment and are being very optimistic . I am skeptical.
If they had any signs?
It's simply not possible to go from a clean bill of health to advanced, metastasizing prostate cancer in that short of a time period.
Even if we go by the "official" February 2024 physical exam, that's still way too short of a time period.

and treatments that only decrease the quality of life...so, it's quite possible that JB was not screened over the last several years, and there was no 'cover up'. (see attached study)

Slope matters more than the number. Hence, one needs a base to compare and contrast with each annual physical and annual bloodwork.
Being alive is way more valuable than being able to spell your name on your sideshow’s tits.
Very odd that Biden diagnosed with advanced cancer at this age. Was he not getting tested regularly?
Prostate Cancer doesn’t go from zero to 60 mph in one year.

The mainstream media happily played along as well.
You're definitely correct, that you don't go from a "clean bill of health" to stage 4 prostate cancer that has already metastasized to the bone in just a year (he allegedly had a full physical right before he fell flat on his face in the summer debate of 2024).
The only time prostate cancer can get explosively spread is if it's already in stage 4.
I'm pretty sure he's had stage 4 cancer for quite a while, and that the medical staff has been able to stave it off using immunotherapy. Had he been receiving chemo or radiation, that would probably have killed him, since he was all but dead on his feet for the last several years.
Immunotherapy can work wonders, but eventually cancer mutates and an advanced stage 4 cancer can certainly spread in that nasty manner in a short time period. I suspect that the cancer had recently undergone a new mutation and evaded the immunotherapy markers.
Shame on those who covered up his bad health throughout these years, and especially a big middle finger to the mainstream media for pushing the false narrative of Joe being as sharp as a tack, and as healthy as a horse.
Shame on those on the left who attacked us for pointing out that he was a dead man walking for the last several years, calling us conspiracy theorists.
I don't remember the media mentioning dementia in reference to the president back then. You can't have this both ways
