should have done this since it involves many unrelated foreigners and it makes presumptions about middle eastern people based on their race/local/religion alone......which is the same kind of discrimination that Harvard has been doing with its' admissions, hiring, and campus activities.
Nail them for their racism, but banning foreign students in general is wrong and will never hold up in court.

I personally don't give a crap. They were asked for some very specific things to deal with their anti-semitic, threatening students with the penalty for non-compliance being their federal funding. Harvard wanted to protect its anti-western, anti-capitalist, crowd, so here we are.
Their endowment is over $50B, they charge almost $100K per year for attendance, and they practice discrimination in their admissions policies. Now they want to continue to protect communist, anti-semitic scumbags but demand to keep receiving federal funding.
Hard pass. Good thing that they have you to cry on their behalf.
