Ahem…I know multiple senior enlisted and field grade officers…
in the Army, Navy, and Marine Corps. Guess what? Not one drag show among any of them. And if you consider dominating on the battlefield “transforming foreign cultures,”…guilty as charged.
There were some at bases in the past. This one was canceled due to politicians' intervention.

There were “drag” comedy shows in the past…
The intent was to raise morale…and not to indoctrinate troops. Having said that, these “drag” shows were next to non-existent. In other words, it’s not a problem nor has it ever been a problem.
The article you linked was related to the Air Force. I don’t know any Air Force senior enlisted or field grade officers.
