Breaking our commitment was incredibly stupid, but par for the course.
If we can get anything close, it will be far better than what the neocons want. Which is war.
The Iranians seem to be trying to find ways to let Trump sell the idea that a new deal would be stronger. The latest I’ve heard is that they would allow Americans on the IAEA inspection teams, which the JCPOA did not.
So maybe there’s hope.
