Start at minute 33:00. Trump put pressure on Harvard to stop admitting foreign students, especially the Chinese spies (they're basically all spies, as they are not allowed to study abroad unless they have a Chinese government handler), and Harvard reacted by pulling Americans off the waitlist. The people on the Upper West Side are ecstatic. Mark Halperin and Dan Turrentine (a Dem) live there and report that it is all the talk on the UWS and they're actually giving credit to yes, the Orange Man Bad.
This is not politics. We're helping the Chinese beat us by educating them, and Trump is putting an end to it. Good for him. The only bad thing is the people on the UWS reap the benefits but I'll take it.

Counterpoint: The foreigners admitted to our elite universities who become US residents enrich us.
These are the brightest minds on the planet. We should do whatever we can to make them OURS.
Of course we need to minimize intellectual theft... but this probably only involves a minority... and we should beef up our efforts to curtail the worst cases.
Instead, we should encourage and enable them to stay and contribute.
When I did grad work at Berkeley the most brilliant students I met were Iranians... ALL OF WHOM DETESTED THE ISLAMIC REGIME.
