After recently listening to a leftwing commentator interview a Canadian government economic official it is amazing how dependent we are on Canada. The American commentator challenged nothing the Canadian official said. They give us a big discount on oil, etcetera, etc. It reminded me of a man reviewing the damage to his credit card while his wife stood by proclaiming how much she saved the family. Canada, like most retailers, loves to set the prices and claim how much they are “saving and discounting” prices for customers. Not having leftwing “experts” negotiate for us is a good thing.

Nevertheless, there is good reason Trump should consider ending the tariffs, and if you have Leftist friends who annoy you with their admiration of foreign systems you know why.

Trump Should End Tariffs on Canada and the EU if They Agree to Honest Advertisements.

Yes, President Trump should remove tariffs on Canada and the EU if they agree to daily television broadcasts of a commercial that more accurately describes and renames their government health care systems, “The American Sellouts and Suckers Funded Canadian/EU Health Care System: Imagine what you could do with an extra $100 billion dollars a year—or whatever is the granted trade imbalance. In the immortal words of Margaret Thatcher — 'The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.' Unless, of course, you have sellouts in Washington willing to keep the gravy train running.”

To officially end the tariffs once and for all, our Canadian and EU friends—and their American Leftist brethren—would also have to agree to keep their mouths shut about how great “their” system is when we all know someone else is paying for it. It might all be worth it to no longer have to listen to that noise.

We all know they, and many others, are stealing from us with the help of our sellouts in Washington, but at least we can let them know that we know they are stealing from us.

On second thought, it might just be a little more interesting to let the tariffs continue and to see just how things might go when “…[they] run out of other peoples’ money”.


P.S. – Now that we are beginning to finally understand that our American Democracy if fake—thanks to a judiciary which has seized and nullified our votes—tariffs may be a non-issue anyway. If you are an American and want to regain your Democracy, now is the time to make a stand.
