In recent history (Afghanistan), we’ve seen the Russians (Soviet Union) withdraw from conflict. While I don’t see the Ukraine out right winning, I do think the Russia will get tired of losing troops.

But, if Ukraine (hopefully) and Afghanistan and Vietnam show us anything, it is that Biden was wrong, and a motivated militia can make victory impossible for a superpower even when that militia doesn't have F-15s and nuclear weapons. So, Ukraine has a chance if it stays motivated...and that is entirely up to them, of course.
They learned their lesson after 2014 and became one of the better militaries on the continent.
