Or should I say, “Sanctuary Jurisdiction”?
These things just prove themselves over time and events, don’t they?
Conor, do you think that there moral responsibility for the murders to be borne by Libs who support the policies that facilitated this as you say there is responsibility to be borne by conservatives who oppose these policies? Do you accept your own rules being applied to yourselves? Or is this another example of Liberalism Rule #2: The rules apply to thee and not me”?

arrest them either. Over and over this happens.
You don't understand what you are talking about.

....if an illegal criminal commits a rape in Texas and seeks asylum in Denver, the Denver authorities will not assist ICE or Texas authorities in the extradition back to the state that the crime was committed in. They also won't arrest them.
You claimed Sanctuary policy states illegals serve their time where they committed it....but that isn't really true since in the case being discussed, the Sanctuary City doesn't have jurisdiction over the crime - that would require extraditing the illegal criminal back to Texas. So they don't do anything. Further, the reason that they also won't assist Texas (in this example) authorities in returning illegal criminals is because the fear that those authorities will then get ICE involved for deportation. Thus, the result is that illegal criminals are given a safe haven in Sanctuary Cities.
Sanctuary City policy is policy that provides safe haven to criminals who happen to be illegal immigrants.
You're an educated person who went to school, yet continue to blur opinion with facts. No where in this country can someone with an arrest warrant be let go if detained by authorities. So, in your example if the city of Denver PD pull this guy and see he has a warrant (would be shown via DAVID) they would let him go per you?
in the system A stolen car would be, but not the illegal. 3) Police are under great pressure in Sanctuary States when it comes to arresting illegals without clear cause. 4) Illegals flee their crime to a sanctuary city where they are free to roam as long as they do not get arrested there. They are not detained for their previous crime because they fled after their crime, and because ICE is blocked from effectively pursuing them in Sanctuary areas, they continue to prowl.
4) Yes, illegal criminals are released back onto the streets rather than be detained all to often. Many are released for a trial date - and most "no show" for the court date but continue to prowl in the sanctuary area relatively safe from ICE..........and then sometimes they are just released.....here is just one recent example WITH video.....
