THIS is what is killing us… and NO ONE dares speak its name.
We could have fixed this years ago by raising the entitlement age and/or reducing the initial benefits for those who can still work part time.
NOW it’s too late and soon the government interest payments alone will overwhelm government spending.
If AI ever takes over the first thing it will do is institute mandatory life span restrictions of 70 years… if it does not get rid of this mentally unstable species altogether.

The failure to honestly and effectively deal with entitlements is our major issue. Will require pain
both on the spending and revenue sides to get any handle on it. We lack the courage as your dear leader is proving. How tone deaf can you be to propose both Medicaid cuts to the poorest Americans AND tax cuts for rich people in the same bill? He will extend massive tax breaks for the wealthy while harming his own base. After this if it passes it will be a miracle if there many surviving rural hospitals. That is an awful thing to do. He should just have the balls to say everyone needs to share the pain or we won’t have a functioning nation.As goofy as Musk is he at least realizes this to an extent.
P.S. By the way personally I would benefit to a good extent if the bill passes with the continuation of the cuts. It’s just not right though.
