Raise the top marginal rate a few ticks to pay for stipends for Dems to renounce their citizenship
and move elsewhere. They couldn't make plainer how much they hate their own country. As I've said for many years, almost to a person, they can tell you upon command a minimum of 20 ways this country sucks. I think all they need is a little push.
In all modesty, I think this is a brilliant, inspired idea. The only significant roadblock I foresee is figuring out how to convince other countries to take them.

They’ll fly multiple flags (uk, Canada, Mexico, Any EU), but not the US’s.
China’s flag is still a “bridge too far” socially….but they want to fly that one badly.

I think Cuba is an acceptable compromise for not flying China's flag. They loved Venezuela, while it lasted.
