Does Governor Newsom know that the Commerce Clause is an enumerated power under the Constitution?
The clause states that the United States Congress shall have power "to regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes"
States cannot mandate restrictions on commerce that impact other states... even de facto!
This will be 9-0 by SCOTUS.
