Honestly, I didn't.
I always assumed eyeliner was used for penciling in a girl's eyebrows or something. If my physician told me that I needed a pap test, I'd say, "Sure thing, doc. Now what's a pap and what might be wrong with mine?" I like women to look good. I couldn't care less how they go about doing that. Frankly, most look worse after all the coloring and so forth. Cakefaces. Celebs don't, but they obviously have pros applying the stuff. Ever see some of those photo sets of celebs/models with and without makeup? I've never 8 change to 2 faster than those.
